Old resolution: That’s it, no some-more chocolate—ever!

Banning your favorite treat—whether it’s chocolate, soda, lattes, or french fries—is firm to backfire, says Julie Upton, RD, Health.com’s proprietor dietitian: “Dieters will eat it, binge on it, feel bad, and afterwards chuck in a towel and return behind to their aged eating patterns.”

Makeover: “Make assent with your trigger foods,” Upton says. “Don’t have them during home staring we in a face, though concede yourself to have them once or twice a week.”
